Arturo & Daphna of Naturaleza are qualified Permaculture designers and teachers. They have created & built together their own ecological home and surrounding, and have been running Naturaleza sustainably for the last 13 years. Together they’ve been working and designing projects on ecological farms and homes, taught permaculture courses and internships around Israel and Portugal, and take part in coordinating and mentoring in the Living & Learning Cooperative educational project.

More about  Arturo and Daphna:

Arturo studied environmental management in the University of Business & Social Sciences in Buenos Aires, and is a qualified permaculture designer, and has completed a Bio Earthship Construction course in Guimaraes , Portugal. 

He has collaborated in the development of community supported agriculture in the Bolivian Amazon, participated in creating a self-sufficient farm in Panama, was part of the pioneers of the local permaculture farm Várzea da Gonçala, and has worked around the Algarve with Terracrua, a permaculture design group developing sustainable landscaping and households. He also taught permaculture in the International School of Aljezur.

Daphna has spend three years in communal service in the ecological educational farm Hava & Adam in Israel, where she studied permaculture and was trained as a permaculture teacher. She received her PC diploma from the Gaia University of the US. She completed an Aromatherapy course in Ran Herbs Apothecary in Israel, and has had much experience cultivating and using medicinal plants, turning this knowledge 13 years ago into a thriving herbal remedies and plant connection business based in south west Portugal, Naturaleza. She is experienced with natural building projects, educational-environmental designs, sustainable gardens & education.​​
